Where We Deliver

We deliver our fresh produce to many residences/neighborhoods and businesses in and around the New Braunfels, Seguin and certain San Antonio locations. Our general rule is anything within a 10-15 mile radius from our farm, but there are exceptions. Check our specific delivery areas HERE and or CONTACT US with any delivery questions.

Terms and Conditions

Payment/Automatic Renewal

You agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit/debit card account at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. You may cancel at any time by following the procedure described in our Cancellation Policy below. The monthly subscription plans are renewed automatically on 30-day intervals.

Cancellations

All subscriptions provided by Braune Farms Fresh Produce will automatically renew. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to BrauneFarms@yahoo.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date. Cancellation notice sent to BrauneFarms@yahoo.com will terminate future use of the service beginning the next billing cycle.  If you decide to cancel before the current billing cycle ends, you will still receive all deliveries for that cycle. 

Braune Farms Fresh Produce does not prorate.

Refunds

Braune Farms Fresh Produce does not issue refunds.
